If your venue requires that they be listed as an "additional insured" on my policy, the 2nd and 3rd pages of the certificate below should satisfy that requirement.

However, if your venue does not accept it and insists they be listed as "additional insured," please let me know as soon as possible and indicate the exact wording they require for their business name. There is no additional charge, but I need at least 48 hours' notice prior to your event, to submit the request to my insurance company.

If such a request is submitted less than 48 hours prior to an event, Peter Naughton Productions will not be responsible if the "additional insured" cannot be added in time.

Certificate for 6/15/24 - 6/15/25

If your wedding is after the date covered by this policy, I usually renew in May each year, and will post the new certificate as soon as I have obtained it.
