Deansboro wedding DJ

What a busy wedding season! Although I usually try to give myself one weekend off per month, I somehow managed to let myself book all four weekends in August… so that explains why I’m a little behind on my blogging. In any event, the first weekend in August brought me back to a familiar venue, MKJ Farm in Deansboro. Located about 25 minutes south of Utica, just off route 12B, MKJ Farm provided a perfect setting for Carly and Mike’s wedding, especially considering they just started their own farm not too long ago. Every wedding season, I love that I seem to get a combination of weddings at venues where I’ve been before, and some at venues which are new to me. While I’ve heard of MKJ Farm in Deansboro, I’ve never been there until Rina and Jeffrey’s wedding last weekend. What a picture-perfect place for both a ceremony and a reception! And we couldn’t have asked for better weather — clear, sunny skies and perfect temperatures. (more…)
