Jessie and Matt's wedding ceremony and reception was definitely a memorable one. A unique venue, a close (but averted!) brush with disaster, and most of all, an awesome couple surrounded by an incredible crowd of fun-loving relatives and friends!

Breathtaking! If I had to describe the Grand Ballroom on the 10th floor of the Marriott Syracuse Downtown in one word, that would be it. Even moreso with uplighting, and an awesome dance floor crowd! Liz and Brian also invited a very special guest beloved by Syracuse University alumni and fans alike. Details, photos and more coming up... keep reading!
Bianca and Garrett's wedding will definitely stick out in my memory! The ceremony was unique and we had a great dance floor crowd during the reception. But... admittedly, I was afraid it was going to be difficult to get people dancing. I'll explain in today's blog post. And as always, photos and the couple's music choices for those of you seeking inspiration for your own wedding planning!
A very big thank you to Cydney and Jeffry for choosing me to serve as the DJ and MC for their wedding celebration at the Onondaga Golf and Country Club in Fayetteville! It's always a pleasure to add another venue to my portfolio, and we had a great dance floor crowd at this reception!
Nope, you're not seeing double -- my third wedding of 2019 just so happened to bring me back to the same venue as my first one -- the Craftsman Inn and Suites in Fayetteville. May and Kevin's wedding was similar in some ways to Stacy and Alex's, but different in other ways. Keep reading and I'll explain!
You couldn't have asked for a better day to have a wedding in the charming Village of Cazenovia, situated alongside the lake of the same name. Although I've done several weddings at the historic Lincklaen House, Alexandra and Mark's had a few new twists -- keep reading for the details!
Stacey and Alex's wedding was not only my first wedding for 2019, but my very first at the Craftsman Inn in Fayetteville. (Considering it's one of the closest venues to my house, I'm surprised I hadn't been booked here sooner!) The entire venue recently underwent a massive renovation and it looks wonderful. Check out the photos inside this post.
Last year, I was a participant. This year, I was proud to DJ the second annual Empire Cup race at Toggenburg Mountain Winter Sports Center in Fabius. It's not your typical ski race -- read on to find out what makes this one unique!
More and more often, couples are skipping church and getting married right at their reception venue. Among the advantages, you can choose your own officiant. Are professional officiants really worth the money, or are you just as well having a friend or relative get ordained online? Your decision can have a major impact on your marriage. I'll explain in this edition of Peter's Pointers for Wedding Planning.
Right off the bat: this post has no "referral links" to any insurance provider. This post is simply intended to explain why engaged couples should strongly consider wedding insurance, based on a series of recent and unfortunate real-life events here in Central New York.
