Auburn Wedding DJ

As far as season finales are concerned, this one was excellent! Becca and Nick’s wedding at Emerson Park Pavilion in Auburn was a great ending to my 2024 wedding DJ season. Photos, song selections and more in today’s blog post.

Yasmine and Michael’s wedding brought me to another “new to me” venue, Yawger Brook Banquets and Catering, located just a few miles west of Auburn. I’ve got photos, song choices and more in today’s blog post!

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day for a wonderful lakeside wedding ceremony! Brionna and Michael tied the knot at Emerson Park in Auburn, at the north end of Owasco Lake. And after the ceremony everyone headed into the park’s historic pavilion for the reception. Emerson Park’s pavilion is much more than your “typical” park pavilion — check out the photos and more in today’s blog post!

Megan and Brycen couldn’t have picked a nicer day to get married at such an amazing venue: it was my first time ever performing at Springside Inn, located along the western shore of Owasco Lake in Auburn. Inside this blog post, I’ve got photos, song selections and how I had to “MacGuyver” my way through part of the day.

Now that July is almost over, I’ve realized all of my July weddings have something in common.  They’re all familiar venues I’ve DJ’ed in the past!  Stephanie and Christopher’s reception brought me back to the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn for the first time since 2015.   A great couple, wonderful crowd — we even extended the party by a full hour!  Photos, song selections, a video and more in this blog post. Though I’ve played weddings in Auburn a few times before, this was my first visit to the Hilton Garden Inn.  Jessica and Richard picked an excellent location for their reception!  I was impressed with this relatively-new (just a few years old) venue, especially for the spacious ballroom and the adjacent spaces which also played a role in the evening’s festivities.  I was equally, if not more impressed with the bride and groom’s dance moves… you’ll see in the pictures! For my final wedding of the 2014 season, it was nice to return to a familiar venue: Emerson Park in Auburn! That’s where Hollie and Brendan chose to celebrate their wedding day with several dozen of their closest relatives and friends. Even though I’ve been doing weddings for quite some time now, it’s always neat to add new venues to the list of places where I’ve performed. The Emerson Park Pavilion, along the shore of Owasco Lake in Auburn, provided a historic and classy location for Leanna and Peter Underwood’s wedding ceremony and reception. And although the skies looked questionable, we were very lucky that the weather cooperated just long enough for the ceremony to take place outdoors as planned. (more…)
